Approval takes a few seconds, and once you’re approved to purchase the doll through Klarna payment plans, we build your doll right away. Klarna asks for your mobile phone number and your e-mail address. Your mobile number is required in case Klarna need to reach out to you. All statements will be sent to your email address. It’s very important that you provide the correct details, otherwise, you will not receive the payment information and may be liable for late payment fees.

Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on account due to one of the following reasons:
- Klarna may not have been able to check your details using the billing address you provided. You’ll need to make sure that your billing address is the same address that your bank/credit cards are registered to.
- If you haven’t used Klarna before and you’re shipping to a different address to your billing address, the payment may be declined.

You have 24 hours from when you receive the confirmation email to modify or cancel your order. We charge a $250 fee for canceled orders. This credit can be used for future orders.

Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or refunds for dolls. This is a standard practice for sex doll sellers. And we do not recommend purchasing dolls from resellers accepting refunds or returns, for the reasons you might imagine.
Dolls will be shipped to the address you specify. If you prefer to pick your doll up, we can send your doll to a FedEx store (U.S.) or DHL store (rest of the world). After you place your order and we send you the tracking number, all you have to do is contact the courier and ask them to hold your product at their location. You can then pick it up at your convenience.
