What do I need to provide when placing a Klarna order?

Klarna asks for your mobile phone number and your e-mail address. Your mobile number is required in case Klarna need to reach out to you. All statements will be sent to your email address. It’s very important that you provide the correct details, otherwise, you will not receive the payment information and may be liable for late payment fees.

How should I store my doll?

What is your cancelation policy?

You have 24 hours from when you receive the confirmation email to modify or cancel your order. We charge a $250 fee for canceled orders. This credit can be used for future orders.
Please note that if you have made your payment with Klarna payment plans, canceling your order might disqualify you from being accepted by Klarna the next time as they are pretty strict about who they loan money to.

Do the dolls come with a warranty?

Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or refunds for dolls. This is a standard practice for sex doll sellers. And we do not recommend purchasing dolls from resellers accepting refunds or returns, for the reasons you might imagine.

Can you deliver somewhere besides my house?

Dolls will be shipped to the address you specify. If you prefer to pick your doll up, we can send your doll to a FedEx store (U.S.) or DHL store (rest of the world). After you place your order and we send you the tracking number, all you have to do is contact the courier and ask them to hold your product at their location. You can then pick it up at your convenience.

Can I deliver to an address other than my billing address?

You can choose to deliver the goods to an address other than your billing address, just specify that when ordering. At checkout, you will be given the option to enter a separate delivery address.

Are the dolls shipped discreetly?

On your bank statement, it will say “Earth E.,” which you can just say is an environmental group if anyone asks. The box your doll comes in will be listed as a mannequin.

From the moment you order to the moment your doll is delivered, it takes roughly 8-10 weeks.

Delivery to the Philippines requires the recipient to clear customs for the product personally or designate a freight forwarder.
Fedex isn’t allowed to do this.
The Philippines levies a 12% VAT on all goods imported along with customs duty which varies depending on how they characterize the product.
We typically label the products as mannequins.
The product will probably land in Manila and someone will need to pick it up at the customs office and clear customs.
